Šiaulių miesto savivaldybės visuomenės sveikatos biuras, siekdamas plėtoti visuomenės psichikos sveikatos paslaugas, šiemet šiauliečiams pasiūlė naujovę – nemokamas psichologų video konsultacijas.
Nuo projekto pradžios per sveikatos paslaugų platformą manodaktaras.lt jau suteikta per 300 konsultacijų.
Šiauliečiai, norintys užsiregistruoti nemokamai video konsultacijai su psichologu, gali padaryti tai čia. Iš viso vienam asmeniui gali būti suteikiamos ne daugiau kaip 6 individualios konsultacijos.
„Besikeičiantys žmonių poreikiai ir technologijų suteikiamos galimybės lėmė mūsų apsisprendimą išbandyti naują, inovatyvų būdą – video konsultacijas. Tokiu būdu galime pasiūlyti emocinę pagalbą miestiečiams ten, kur jiems yra patogu – nebereikia niekur eiti. Projekte dalyvaujanti psichologė Raimonda Monstvilaitė teigia, jog psichologo konsultacijos aktualiausios asmenims, kurie turi emocinių bei psichologinių problemų ir susiduria su depresija, įvairiais nerimo sutrikimais, ilgalaikiu stresu, santykių problemomis, savivertės problemomis, tėvystės iššūkiais ar netekties skausmu.
„Klientai jungiasi iš įvairių vietų: iš komandiruočių, iš automobilių, iš darbo vietų, savo pertraukų metu. Kai kurie pažymi, kad jeigu konsultacijos vyktu kontaktiniu būdu – greičiausiai negalėtų rasti galimybių lankytis pas psichologą“, – pažymi psichologė.
Sveikatos paslaugų platformos manodaktaras.lt rinkodaros vadovas Martynas Burba teigia, jog video konsultacijų populiarumas toliau pamažu auga ir vis daugiau žmonių renkasi būtent šį būdą.
„Video konsultacijos yra labai patogus sprendimas tiems, kurie nori taupyti laiką – nebereikia gaišti laiko kelionei ar patirti išlaidų transportui.
